      I was doing surveys regularly as I enjoyed doing them and earning the rewards was a nice added bonus. I had cashed out a few rewards with no errors. Come the end of October, I decided to cash out two rewards at the same time. Next day, my account was locked. Two weeks later, receive an email that my rewards could not be cashed out. Tried everything to get into my account with no success. I put in a ticket and flat out asked if they close accounts after cashing out a certain amount of rewards, in which the response was "In order to ensure we receive reliable information from all of our influencers and maintain the high quality standards of our panel, our Data Quality Team does multiple routine checks verifying various data quality points and potentially fraudulent behavioral patterns. Some examples of the various checks performed are: registration checks, the location from which surveys are accessed, proxy usage, device checks and digital finger printing failures, activity and behavior in surveys and many more data points. Besides these panel-level checks, there are also quality checks implemented in each questionnaire we offer (i.e. survey-level checks). I'm afraid we cannot disclose more specific details about these flags and techniques our teams employ in order to detect fraud. Notwithstanding the above, we have decided to give you another chance and reinstated your panelist rights on a probationary basis. Going forward we kindly recommend that you continue to take your time to attentively read and provide careful and thoughtful responses to each question to ensure no similar flags are raised in the future." I made them aware I have always answered screeners adequately and have never engaged in suspicious activity while doing surveys and I am very upset at how this was handled. I also checked my account and it is still not active... Based off the other reviews here, I am gathering that they do in fact do this to decline payment and then blame you. Scammers.

      Yes, you responded via ticket but refused in any way, shape, or form to address why my account was flagged. I know for fact I did everything correctly on my quality checks and surveys, and this came after I tried to cash out two rewards at the same time. Even when I mentioned this concern, and that I was so disappointed at how your company handled this whole situation, I got zero response. My account wasn't fixed, I had to reach out again to have it corrected and even then, no one addressed my concern over how this was handled. Your company avoiding answering my questions or concern goes to show that this really is a scam and you just want to cut people off once they are paid a certain amount. I am actively using my account, earning my points, and redeeming rewards, but if my account gets flagged again for doing simply this, what I am supposed to be able to do, I will be reopening this review.

      I have been doing surveys for this company and then as soon as I was ready to get my ****** reward for 10.00, the company locked me out of my account and I can't even contact Customer Support. It is so so upsetting the amount of time I put into this.

      Believe it or not, I once held Toluna in high regard. That was before they showed their true colors of scam artists. I took their surveys for three years with no problem. Two weeks ago I requested a $25 ****** eCard. Last week, Toluna abruptly cancelled the transaction with no explanation. I didn't understand it but requested instead to redeem $30 of my points to ******* Three days ago, I couldn't log in. Toluna first told me to clear my cache or refresh the page. Then they told me to click " forgot my password" and they would send instructions to reset my password. They sent nothing. Today I get their email saying my account is suspended because of activity against their terms and conditions and they are keeping my payment. What a rotten way to lie and keep from paying anyone! There really should be a way to give "no stars." I'm a senior and the money came in handy for gas, meds, little extras. Please public, if you're reading this look at the reviews saying basically the same thing. This company is dishonest.

      I won’t hold my breath. Just do the right thing and send my PayPal reward to the email address on file! The supposed flags could probably be found on any account you review. I did nothing wrong and completed your surveys in good faith despite the fact that your website is very glitchy. You don’t want to resolve the issue and that is no way to treat a consumer.

      It’s a scam. The cash out threshold is very high and once you attempt to cash out access to your account is denied. If you contact customer service, they say you were flagged for “irregular activity,” and if you ask whether you can contest it or get some kind of explanation you get this message, “Your earnings are now forfeited in agreement with our Site Terms.Thank you for your time with Toluna.”

      This company is a scam! I completed hundreds of surveys. I accumulated over 35,000 points and chose the ****** $10 reward. After waiting weeks I was told the reward couldn’t be processed and I would be refunded the points. At that time I would have had over 80,000 points. The next day I was unable to login to my account. After exchanging several emails with them trying to reset my password, I was sent an email saying that my account was suspended due to violating their Terms. Don’t waste your time on these surveys!

      I use all points and money from surveys to buy items for the homeless shelter…and winter coats for needy children…just went to use them and found to Luna expired a bunch of them….so basically stealing from homeless needy people. I asked nicely and got…oh well…we will not help…and they knew what i was going to use them for HORRIBLE COMPANY

      Horrible survey platform! I was a panelist for years and they suddenly disabled my account with NO explanation or reason. Worst part is, they KEPT my earned/accumulated reward points, over 60,000 of them! Total sham. After numerous email inquiries, the best I got was a cookie cutter, vague, gibberish reply as follows. See screenshots. So many other survey platforms pay more and quicker. I recommend you try Branded Surveys or PaidViewpoint or ANYONE other than Toluna. Read the reviews for yourself on numerous sites. They frequently disable accounts and KEEP the reward points!

      After achieving over 75k points and while being active in another consumer survey which would have provided an additional 100k points I find out that my account was suspended, their reasoning was "several inconsistencies", I have attempted over and over again to get detailed specifics on the inconsistencies that were reported as I have been an honest reviewer. If my profile information did not match I would have assumed that there would have been some curtesy notification to update or review what profile information is in there. It is a little suspicious that I rack up all these points and now I am suspended. From the looks of it there are several complaints with similar issues. All I wanted to do is to provide HONEST reviews in my spare time and get some gift cards to my favorite stores in the process, this was taken from me with no warning. Their customer service has been horrendous to work with and the representative "Jordan" merely provides generic responses. I feel as if I have wasted HOURS of my time trying to provide reviews to help businesses/companies with their own endeavors.
