I put a down payment on an rv (1000) had an appointment with them for 11 when I got there no one knew anything about them I finally someone came to see me brought me to the sales manager without seeing the rv he wanted me to sign paperwork I asked him if they were going to show me the rv first he treated me like ***** even stated that I sound like his wife when I asked him a question so at that point I had enough and decided not to spend my money in a place that didn’t treat me right.. I asked him if he would give me my money back he agreed without a problem even taking my debit information… I texted him about a week later he said he was going to look into it and nothing yet…Business response

Mr. ****** had contact with our dealership after signing his first contract attached. He was sceduled to sit with our finance manager 3/2 at 11am. After sitting with him he was to do his demo of his new camper with Ryan who spoke to the customer days prior. We had his RV preped and detailed for his delivery and staff waiting on him, Mr. ****** was extremly rude to our Finance Manager as you can read in his letter to the BBB. The swearing theat was written is the same as when he was here. The contract the he signed is clearly marked non-refundable. After his actions and now writing into the BBB not telling the truth we will not be refunding his depsit. We wish him nothing but the best.
