      I recently bought a car from Windsor Locks *********** car right. Upon purchasing the car I had it shipped to me personally in *** **** after watching videos of the car to make sure I wanted it. When I got the car everything seemed good until I filled up my gas tank, and gas started leaking out of my gas tank. I called the service department and they told me to make a list of everything wrong with the vehicle so that they could fix it. I then had to drive all the way up to *********** to have it fixed just for them to tell me that service was close on the day that I brought it there. I had a breakdown and told them service told me to bring it to them on this day before this time and the sales manager told me he was going to have to look into it and try to find me a rental car when I’m four hours from home and can’t keep driving a vehicle with a gas leak especially with today’s gas prices. I then got a rental car which had a broken tail light it had issues with the brakes and once I got it home and drove it a little more and engine light came on I had that looked out and it said service immediately for the catalytic converter . ******* ***** *********** service department wanted me to drive the car all the way back up to *********** to get a new rental car when the car was not drivable. I called and told them about it and they told me that they had finished my car and they would ship my car back to me and pick up the rental car I asked them if they had fixed everything to which they told me they had however upon filling up my gas tank today I realized that they did not fix the gas tank which is leaking all over my driveway and now I’ve wasted more money putting more gas into the vehicle which they were supposed to fix.

      Good Morning Ms. ******** I am sorry to hear you are still experiencing issues. Thank you for sending the photos in. 
      We will need you to bring the vehicle into the shop so we can address the concern. We would appreciate it if you could show us where you see the leak. Our Service Manger did a full inspection, upon inspecting the vehicle, we did not see evidence of a gas leak, as well the car was not leaking any gas as it left our facility.

      Service is open Monday to Friday from 9AM to 4PM. Please let me know when you can stop in.
