My car was towed Friday evening around 5:30/6:00. I look up the information for Cameron’s automotive & it says closed. Saturday at 8:30 I call the number on the website to see if I can possibly retrieve my vehicle. A guy answers and says to call back in 30 minutes. I do just that & leave a voicemail. I try again in about an hour he tells me it’ll be $198 and I have to come by noon. I arrive at the towing place & I’m met by a mechanic who then calls a different number to speak with a lady. No rates are listed in the establishment and she gives the mechanic a different number of $215 that I would have to pay. I’m confused to how they’re getting these numbers. The mechanic who I believe is named Mohammed gives me her number she then tells me I could’ve come last night & paid $50 plus $25. Not sure how I would’ve known that. No rates are posted at this establishment for me to know how much I should be charged. I ended up paying $198 they did not have the car for 24hrs.Business response

Hours as well as State rates are posted in the office, I took the liberty of pointing out in your photo you provided, where the State rates are located and also attached a photo of the hours which is located just to the right of the photo you provided. When the shop is closed and the drivers are on call you pay an additional $50 after hours release fee ontop of your towing fee and storage as well as any additional fees that apply to towing your vehicle.
If you would like a better understanding of the fees you paid please provide me with

While leaving a 2002 ******* ***** ** *** in a 24 hour parking lot to sell. When going to pick it up I found out it was towed by ****** ********** and Cameron’s automotive. I believe they work together. I was told it got towed for abandonment so I call and figure out how I can pick up the car and they tell me they can’t give it to me they must tow it because the car is unregistered. So I agree to letting them bring it back ti my house which is 5 minutes up the street. I pay them 488 usd and then they lift the car into a dolly. I leave because I think they are going to follow me but then I get to my house and I sit in my driveway for an extra 30 minutes waiting. But they guy finally arrives on a whole different vehicle(flatbed) and makes me drive it off the flatbed. I check the car out when they guy leave so I can drive it and I realize my wheel is rocking and no where close to straight anymore. I park safely get out and check what’s the problem and I come to find that my driver side rear wheel is bent in. I have pictures of the car before it was towed and after it was towed showing my car was never like this until it was handled by the towing service
