      we moved with them last year, worst mistake ever . they were late getting to our new house by a day, then we had over 8 thousand dollars worth of damage, then had to wait several days because not everything got put on the truck, got nothing for it but excuses , do yourselves a favor &stay away from this company . i wouldnt let them move my dogs house !

      We made a cross country move and lippincott vanlines was assigned to our move. Our driver picked our stuff up and got to ******** after 3 days. He then stayed in ******** for 11 days before we finally have movement. They accepted this job on 2/2 and they told us over the phone our driver was waiting for labor to help offload our things once he got to our house. I called numerous times a day for a week straight before they called the cops to do a welfare check on this man. They hadn’t heard from the driver for one week straight before doing that. I did not hear back from the owner for 3 whole days. It wasn’t until i emailed the owner of the company that I was going to contact the BBB and then he decided to respond to me saying that they got in contact with the driver and he would be delivering our things the next day. This company is not worth anyones time. The owner is rude and does not care for his customers.

      While we are sympathetic to the frustration of moving cross-country while attempting to navigate the requirements of a normal day-day routine, our company did not create the delay that led to the late delivery that was inconvenient for the **** family. We did the best we could to help get their shipment delivered in a timely manner after the fact. Their household goods were picked up by another agency on 1/12/2022 with a required delivery date of 1/31/2022, allowing for 19 days of transit time. Lippincott was hired to haul and deliver the **** shipment on 2/1/2022, after the original company was unable to complete the delivery. We agreed to a load date of 2/9. Due to weather delays encountered by our driver while traveling through the ******* *** ******* to get to *********** he was not able to load the **** shipment until 2/14/2022. The driver was stalled after loading for other reasons, however the shipment was delivered on 3/3/2022, which is a transit time of 17 days, and within the normal and reasonable transit time allowed by the industry. Representatives of our company maintained correspondence with ***. **** through this time. The owner of Lippincott van Lines is retired, and did not speak to ***. **** on any occasion. Customer service is our number one goal, however sometimes there are elements that are out of our control which create undesirable outcomes.

      Lippincott Van Lines showed a blatant disregard for safety and appear to only value trying to meet their delivery times. Lippincott Van Lines truck parked on right hand side of a high inclined road sometime near 7AM. This road is documented with a step incline not for commercial parking vehicles. Within eye seeing distance is a flat area more appropriate for large deliveries. A school bus came by and had to park on the wrong/other side of road forcing my son to walk across to other side of the road with step incline with highly reduced visibility. The driver refused to move stating this is *** **** and stayed parked. A bit later a town of ********** police officer discussed the matter personally with the driver and the driver agreed to move around noon time. Later I called Howie C******** the Operations Manager to voice a complaint. I explained the situation. He then rambled on they don't not know as I was at least expecting an apology . I did rudely interrupt him and stated that is BS as it is a safety issue involving bus stop. He then just stated I cursed at him. I said your welcome and he hung up on me. Finally just before 2PM the Lippincott Van Lines truck moved thankfully before the bus arrives in the afternoon. I'm hoping we never see these Lippincott Van Lines trucks parking at a school bus stop again. I know I'll never use Lippincott Van Lines services due to their blatant disregard of safety.

      We moved from ** ** ** July 1st. We had our belongings stored by Lippincott while we looked for a home to buy. We were told by the office manager that they needed 3 weeks notice to deliver. We gave her exactly 3 weeks notice but she then claimed that we misunderstood…..she said 6 weeks! We lived in our house without furniture for 3 weeks. Her response was that if we weren’t happy we could find someone else to deliver. There was no response from her after that until delivery. Our belongings finally arrived. One heirloom chair was crushed. A chest and piano were damaged. Wardrobe boxes that I spent extra on so clothing could hang were crushed with all the clothes in a heap in the bottom. Multiple scratches and chips in the furniture. Also, it was supposed to be stored in “ climate control” but the bottom third of our bedroom dressers were covered with mold. Contacting the claims person didn’t give me much hope since she made it clear that it would be months before they review our claim because there are so many ahead of us. We will fill out the paperwork and send pictures and estimates. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. They just don’t care.
