- June 19th, 2022 - Scheduled to play golf at 6:50am ET - $40 fee paid on 6/13/2022 Complaint: - The evening of June 18th there was significant rain. I called the next day to ask that my tee time be moved to another day, as I was not going to play in wet conditions on Father's Day. The phone was answered by Gina Berrafati, who apparently is a director of operations, however, she advised me she was an "owner". I asked her to move my tee time to another day due to the rain, and she responded VERY unprofessionally and said no, you didnt call in time and there was no rain, so basically too bad. I became irate at her attitude and inflexibility, as EVERY other golf "owner" would have accomodated my request. I argued with her, advised that this is Fing BS, and I will fight this until the end!
