We purchased a 2014 **** ******** which we picked up on Nov 16th 2021. We noticed the next day that the backup camera wasn't working properly (intermitten, cutting in and out) which posted a sign - "See dealer". I took it upon myself to troubleshoot some options, none of which worked. I called him shortly thereafter around 12/2 to tell him what was happening. He explained to me that it was most likely covered under the warranty that we purchased. When we brought it to the **** dealership in town (12/22), it wasn't covered and come to find out that Yantic Auto filled out paperwork incorrectly and that alone was $275 out of my pocket. All we wanted was when we bought a $20000 vehicle in cash, we would hope that he would've just covered the cost since it wasn't obviously working, which he had to know about. We don't want to be ***** about this, we just wanted the cost covered to have it fixed.
