      on 12/6/2021 I made purchase of 100.70 from this store, invoice # **-****.then cancelled immediately by phone within 10 minutes. I mistook them for shippers as they advertise on the web. I immediately realized my error so I called and spoke to a man who agreed to cancel the order. credit has not been received as of today 12/11/2021.they have had ample time to give the credit.so I am filing a complaint against them for restitution

      Dear BBB, 

      I have looked into this issue and tried to make the refund a while back. There was an issue with returning the funds back to **********************'s account because it was already withdrawn from our ****** account. There was nothing further I could've done to refund ********************'s funds so I deemed the issue to be resolved.

      We apologize for any confusion on our website as we do not offer shipping at the moment. We are working to apply that service for our online orders. We want to thank ******************** for his patience and understanding, if he would like to complete that order or try a different product once we have that service available in the near future he may do so. 

      We would also like to present ******************** with a 10% discount in-store or online if he would like to shop with us in the future but, we are still only offering in-store pick up for online orders at this time.

      I am rejecting this response because: aloha,

      I am not sure what he means withdrawn from ****** ACCOUNT BEFORE HE COULD RETURN OR REFUND THE AMOUNT IN QUESTION.

      ALSO I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY REQUEST FROM THEM AS TO WHAT THEY MIGHT ALTERNATIVELY DO TO RETURN THE FUNDS?
      THE AMOUNT IN QUESTION COULD BE EASILY RETURNED IF THE PARTY WANTED TO DO SO, AND i WILL BE HAPPY TO WORK I WITH THEM TO THIS END..
      I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HE IS REFERING TO WHEN HE STATES WITHDRAWN FROM ACCOUNT BEFORE HE COULD RETURN THE FUNDS TO ME.

      THIS IS CONFUSING PROVIDED i CALLED THEM NOT 10 MINUTES FROM PLACING THE ORDER.

      I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE A RETURN OR REFUND NOR ANY ATTEMPT TO DO SO.

      Thank you for your response. I will be happy to clear up any confusion for ** ********. I was not able to refund his money because he filed a dispute with ****** which was credited back to his account January 1st 2022. I have attached the transaction history that proves that the funds were debited out of the receiving account and back to the customers account. Please have ** ******** check his bank account on January 1st for the credit he is claiming to have not received. I can also have ****** send you a direct email if that helps.
