On 7/27/2022 at 3:04pm at Aguadilla Airport (Puerto Rico) I was told by the employee I was able to take the Pasteles I had in both of my suitcases, I asked if she was sure because if not, I just take it out and give it to my father-in-law, that I don't want to pass it and then been taken, she said" don't worry it's ok you can pass it without problems", well she was joking around, being heartless. When my suitcases were passed and scanned there was two ladies having fun throwing the 6 dozen of pasteles like nothing in the trash, when I was told after being honest saying that I had pasteles, how it's done, and I have it etc in my suitcases and I was told that's not a problem that I can take, that I won't have problems. Just like that. They were really disrespectful, heartless, even bully. Now I don't understand how they can have employees like this. I hope something is done after reading this review, at least a word with them. One is overweight, not tall with dark hair and I believe long, the other was a lady with red or orange hair and the young girl was the one in the front that throws the suitcases to be scan. I didn't have knowledge of anything, I asked if it was possible or not, so it's not that I didn't follow rules or read, I contacted them, I asked and I was told Yes you can travel with it without problems, messed up right 6 dozen of pasteles in the trash just like that, no feeling.
