I went to the *********** website and got what I thought were VIP tickets through Washington Nationals.com. I got the receipt and saw that I had been charged $1891.50 for seats but needed clarification of my VIP status. I made several attempts to email the stadium asking questions. I even went to their customer service window DURING the concert. I never got an answer. I would have never paid that amount if I knew they were just for seats. First of all, their customer service is non existent. Second of all, I would like half of my money back because I did not get what I thought I was purchasing. I tried to appeal through ***** my credit card. But due to the legal language, they said there is absolutely nothing they can do. They told me that I went to the concert and that is that. What about that fact that I paid WAY TOO MUCH for just seats? I would have never gotten them unless I thought I was also purchasing VIP Meet and Greet along WITH the tickets. I made several attempts to contact the stadium and never heard back from any of my attempts. Yes, I went to the concert and do not mind paying for that. But $1891.50 is way too much for just seats. I would like half of my money back as I did not get the Meet and Greet I clearly thought I was purchasing. It is really horrible that a baseball team's website would treat a veteran and his wife this way. You can see in the attachments that I clearly tried to email THREE times before going to the stadium customer support office asking about my meet and greet or refunds before the concert as well as during and got zero response from The stadium. Thank you,******************************* ************************ ************

They signed my 18 year old son up for insurance and took his personal information. He had 30 days to decide against the insurance. He messaged them within the 30 days and told them he didn't want the insurance and they told him it was a problem that they would cancel it. They never canceled it and proceeded to take hundreds of dollars out of his checking account for 4 months until I messaged them myself. They admitted it was their fault and that they would refund asap. When we got the check in the mail it was only for $61.49 when it should have been almost $600. After that no one will answer my texts or calls. We talked to our lawyer and he said to start here and gave us another website to file a complaint. I think its absolutely awful that they show up at 10 at night to a 18 year olds job, take his SS number and checking info and start taking money out of his account after he told them not to and then refund him $61.49 and leave him high and dry! Pathetic!

On February 21, 2020 I purchased season tickets to the Nationals for $353 whose season was later cancelled due to COVID. The 2021 season my tickets were unusable because of stadium capacity limits due to COVID. Since then I have been told that refunds are not possible and that the season pass would roll over until the next season they could be used. I was emailing with my representative and was now told that the season pass is not rolling over - the dollar amount I paid rolled over and I am being told I have to pay the difference from what I paid back in 2020 and what the same tickets now cost. On top of that I was originally told that I had $128 in my account vice the $353. When I pushed back on this amount they 'found' the rest of the funds I paid. This was never what I was led to believe up until this point. I was always told the season tickets were rolling over. When I discussed again wanting a refund I was told that refunds were offered back in early 2021 and if you did not take advantage of it then you were out of luck. This was not true though because my roommate (who also purchased season tickets) and I had asked then for a refund and were denied. My roommate again asked for a refund on February 24, 2022 and was granted one. When I discussed this with my rep and her rep from the Nationals I was still told I could not get a refund even though we have the exact same situation. Please let me know if I need to expand on anything.
