            I would like my refund back from my gap cancelation on my 2022 ****************** hybrid ***** the first time I cancel the extended warranty and gap and same time this was over a month ago I got the money back from the extended warranty but not the gap coverage I was sent a link to cancel both extended warranty and gap I called caribou about the refund from the gap they said gap was not canceled and I was sent a second link to cancel the gap and get my refund and I called on June 17th to check on it and I was told I had to be sent a new link to cancel the gap for the third time I feel like I am getting lied to I need help getting my refund back I should have got both extended warranty refund and gap at same time because both was cancel at same time

            These people clearly make a commission on the timeline that they get you into a new loan. I have been harassed for weeks by sales reps go anywhere else their rates arent that great.
