Date 12-06-22 through on going present date. I paid $3,164.11. *** committed to fixing my 2012 **** ** 3.0t premium plus- They told me they was a one stop shop and could do everything there to fix my car. Nature of this dispute is my car was given to AYT auto clinic to fix a water pump and thermostat they said there was other things they saw that they wanted to repair which included removing and installing crankcase vent valve &2water pipe and Intake manifold to install gasket ELR, there is a list of things they installed. When my car was given to them there was not check engine lights on or codes showing and my care was running smooth no vibrations or rough idle, I only saw radiator fluid leaking is why I took it to AYT. AYT initial diagnostic was to change water pump and thermostat also do some minor repairs on cars that came to$2,329.01 and then once they went into the work they told me it would be better to do more work while they had parts off and take care if some leaks the saw which would save me money in the long run, bringing the total to $3,164.11 On all invoices I received from AYT auto clinic there was no mention of check engine lights or codes on my car or they would of put it on the invoice. When I received the call to pick up my car when I started it I notice tapping and rough idle. So I opened he hood noticed the anti freeze was low and tapping and rough Idle was so bad it shaking and tapping coming from my car, I put my own diagnostic on it (I have my own Diagnostic computer). Theses codes appeared *************************************************************** * showed it to the office manager ***** he said leave it he drove it and told me to drive it and the check engine light came on! They wanted to return my car to me with the check engine light on with engine codes showing and 7 codes appearing and the car was shaking and had rough idle. Then they try to tell me it was in the history. They refuse to take the intake back off.
