Purchased a 1999 **** ***** from them on 6 21 2022 vehicle was paid in full i was told by Mr Jack my vehicle would be delivered on 6 25 22 between the hours of 6am-3pm i done business with them plenty of times so when i didn't hear anything i called to get a ETA i call at 10am they said driver would call me. I heard nothing from driver so i called again around 12:45pm spoke with young lady she assured me it qould be delivered i said ok no problem. I called back at 2:30pm because they close at 3pm to inquire about my payed vehicle and payed towing fee. I was transferred to a guy named **** i asked him about the delivery as i was talking he was yea ok uh huh, whatever can i get back to work he stated i wasn't rude, disrespectful or none of the sort as i wasn't with anyone i spoke to. He said he was going to call the driver and call me back. I hung up he called me back playing saying why you hang up, i stated you said you were calling the driver and calling me back he then starting trying to tell me where to deliver my vehicle and talking about you not listening you should do this because the vehicle has issues i stated to the guy look lets stay on the problem which where and when is my vehicle being delivered he stated between 4 and 5 he would not provide me with the so called 3rd party company name that was supposed to deliver my vehicle, that was odd. A few minutes later i tried to log in my account they deactivated it and he called and left a message say because of my attitude he is not sending his driver to deliver my vehicle. I called back same guy ********* answers the phone i stated since you deactivated my account and not delivering my vehicle give me my money back. He stated to me im not giving you your money back and you not getting your vehicle well just see you in court!Business response

Hello,
The car was delivered the following day. A full refund was given on the delivery charge for the vehicle. This problem has been resolved.

The Vehicle was not Delivered I had to take off from work and go up there with my own tow truck to pick up the vehicle. Loss of another's days pay for me. So all in all i loss 2 work days for a vehicle that was paid to be delivered. I knew something was going on that's why i was calling so i could have picked it up myself on Saturday however you all did not communicate the issue with me. And then you all disable my account to pour salt on the wound.i need an apology for the threat of keeping my money and car and just seeing me in court comment and to activate my acount back because you all know i did nothing wrong, being delayed that day really affected my plans and obligations and yes you gave me my delivery funds back but i still spent more money loss time at work which means i loss money all because you all could not deliver.
