I paid for a micro shading course $1599 with instructor Farzaneh (Shiraz) P*******). I attended the class and was not given a full kit, did not practice or observe on live model (as promised in the description), I did not learn techniques, my training had been cut short, in the end I got my certificate with both names spelled wrong! My instructor told me I can come back with a live model free of charge and that id have to contact "them" (guessing the original number I contacted) to fix my certificate name. I contacted her and that number for months with no responses. I then disputed the charge from my bank, was denied since i already attended the class. Instructor finally responds. The main number says they will fix my certificate. The instructor and i planned a day two and half weeks later for me to come w/ live model. She then says there is a $200 fee for the model. I go with my live model and yet again she is very unprofessional, did not provide proper gear during the training. Scolded at me for not having things i needed. Once she maps out my model she begins the lining of the procedure, her daughter interrupts as her uber delivery diver is lost she grabs the phone still sitting with the live model and continues to do the lining with the shading machine (mind you she is still yelling back and forth as she is performing the procedure) her pressure on the model was too much as i see her quench her eyes and her hands were shakey, she had not taken her time. We coat that eyebrow with pigment and i begin my lining on the other eyebrow she tells me to adjust my needle, i tell her im not comfortable doing it that way and scolds at me to adjust it my way. i coat my eyebrow (lining looks faint and pixelated which is a good sign), i go back and wipe the other eyebrow and i am in disbeleif, how can my trainer do such a careless mistake. The lining is dark and crooked (picture below). This training course is fraud and this person just cares about taking people's money. FRAUDInitial Complaint

June 27th & June 29th $699 The business was suppose to provide a training class for eyebrow lamination/ eyelash lift and tint certification. The business had poor communication, guidance and proper materials. One of my eyebrows was damaged from the lack of proper materials and I never received my certificate of completion.
