On 12/18/21 I ordered items from this store. The items were never received. I reached out to the merchant and spoke with ******, he said he was the store manager. He made up excuses and then said he would call me right back , that was on 12/26. On 12/27 he called me and said the items had already shipped and he gave me a tracking number with ****** I checked the tracking number and the items have not shipped today on 12/27. I told him to cancel the order and refund my credit card. He said that Neuhaus does not issue credits. They royaly messed up. Those chocolates were to be for Christmas and they were never shipped. I want a full refund. I can provide a screen shot showing items never shipped. Full refund is needed for $94.45
