My wife went to Dimples Dental office on 1/21/22. We got a letter from our dental insurance that Dr p********* is not covered and we have to pay $250 out of pocket. We agreed to the appointment with Dr P************ because we were PROMISED our claim would be accepted by our insurance. When I called Dimples Dental they said they cannot reimburse us even though they basically lied to us. We wouldn't have accepted the appointment but for the assurances of DD office. I have emailed Dr P********** and received no response other than her office telling us it's our fault. I then went to ****** reviews and discovered this has happened to many other clients of Dr P************. This needs to be dealt with. I hope BBB chooses to act. Thank you.
