Hi, I received a $1000 charge with a "past due" notice from a dentist well over a year after my last visit with them. I have paid thousands of dollars already for ********** and other basic dental cleaning treatments. The dentist is claiming that my cleaning was not covered by insurance as they changed to all out-of-network. However, I received my cleaning weeks before they made any notice of out-of-network updates and was in face one of the main reasons I left the dentist. The dentist is also claiming this invoice is past due, although I only received it for the first time two weeks ago. The last appointment with them was in June of 2021 I recall. I believe Dunn Dental has been mismanaged and, while they are starting to reconcile the books, a $1000 charge over a year past service without any awareness claiming insurance didn't cover seems incredibly negligent. I am hoping to get this charge cleared as I've already paid for any service Thank you,******
