To Whom This Concerns: On December 14, 2022, I applied to a training program operating in the district of columbia at Constituent Services Worldwide. Some administrators seem eager for me to particiate starting January 03, 2023. However, it seems the person responsible for registrations, *** ******, has intentionally ignored my application and does not want to process my application, though I have eligibility to participate in the program. The person claimed not to have ever communicated with me; but, I sent her several emails, and the person has sent at-least one email to me. Can your office compell that person to complete my appication so that I can complete any missing work due to time lost and participate in the remaining training programs at that company? In advance, I thank you for your assistance.

      Good Afternoon *****,

I hope you are doing well. Please find below our response to the email.

      Background:

On 12/14/2022, **************** attended CSW Certification school Orientation. Upon follow-up the client requested that he was interested in the Green Infrastructure course and eligibility requirements and instructions were sent to him. The client later responded that he was interested in a paid program.

The client was advised that at the time, the clients that would be eligible for paid Green Infrastructure Training would be those referred to us by the ********** of ***** Initiatives through the ******************* Program. The client was also advised that the stipends would be paid by ***.

The client stated he was once part of the ******************* program, but he opted out as he did not have a need for it at the time. Client was advised to try to re-enroll in the program, and upon completion he could request to be transferred to CSW.

**************** sent me an email he had received from his Work Development Specialist at ***, stating they were not aware of the program at CSW. I immediately contacted the writer and explained the program to the writer who stated she would make an enquiry.

On 01/18/2023, **************** put me in an email thread he sent to his Workforce Development specialist stating he had registered for the next Cohort of *******************. At the time of this email, I am unsure if he has started the program, as he has not reached out to me.

It is also worthy of note that on 01/05/2023, ************************* who is the coordinator for CSW Green ************** program had reached out to me to confirm if I had spoken with one *************************, and I responded that I had not. This is due to the fact that in our email correspondence, the client had always stated his name as *****************. I had requested for his email address and then used that as a search criterion before I found out who he was.

Please see attached our email correspondence.

      Kind Regards.
