In 2019, I purchased two tickets to a show at the Comedy Loft. Due to COVID, the show was reschedule twice. IT was supposed to occur in early October 2021 but was then cancelled again. In late August, I received an email stating that all tickets would be refunded. When I hadn't received a refund, I contacted the manager who told me that since the tickets had been purchased so long ago, I would have to be refunded through Venmo or by check, whichever I preferred. I responded on September 20th stating that the money could be refunded to my Venmo account. I did not receive a refund and followed up by email on September 27 and October 13. I have also tried calling, but there is no answer and no voicemail box to leave a message. I have heard nothing since the September 19th email from *********************** and would like to be issued a full refund.
