They cancelled the event due to a "tornado warning." They kept my money and did not issue a refund.Business response

As it was already indicated we postponed the event on Tornado Watch. It was a Rooftop event and we had no choice besides postponing.
We have already processed this refund. It might had taken 2-7 business days to show up in our customer's account statement. It looks like our customer contacted you before then. This is beyond our control and we can't control it.

They advertised a party through ***** ***** and ******** inviting us to sign up for a virtual masquerade ball party. They took $13.66 and the day of the party they announced it will be in 5 years instead! I emailed them asking for refund and Sarah M************** Event Director responded only that she will see me in five years. It is now 5/4/22 and since 4/24/22 have not received any money.Business response

We have already refunded this order. We were not able to refund it right away, at our first trial, because our client changed her credit card and it couldn't go through. We explained this to her. However, she went ahead and filled a complaint, even after she got refunded.
