I purchased tickets to attend the Nashville *** *** ****** festival for June 4, 2022, this company not only changed the date of the festival, they did not inform me of this change nor ask if I would like a refund because the new date is oct of 2023! 18 months past the original date. There was no reason why they changed it either. They just did it. I have reached out multiple times for a refund and have been ignored. So I am now out 105 because the new date doesn't work for me.Initial Complaint

I bought 4 tickets on January 13th for an event on January 29th. The event was marketed as a tasting festival for beer, wine, whiskey, and various foods including cakes, cheese, cupcakes, etc. The event did not have half of the items that they had marketed and they stated at the event that it was because of the snow storm. We paid for this event given what they had advertised on their website and it is not fair that they did not provide what they had promised. We reached out to the business on January 31st and they have not responded to our concerns even though they told us at the event that they would be refunding those that reached out. Order #**********
