All point Appliance and repair was a vendor contracted by my residential warranty company called ******. they were contracted by choice to provide and install a hit water heater tank for my home. They came to inspect the current tank and reported to choice that a replacement was needed, and on the second visit they brought the new tank. They provided me an invoice me a $455 out of pocket charge to install the unit. I paid the amount when they brought it but they had allegedly terminated the initial inspector who reported to choice that a new tank was needed, therefore it couldn't be completed on the day of delivery. They sent out a new team that stated that my home had to be modified which meant to cut open the wall to remove the old unit. The contractor's lied on the report to choice stating that I didn't want the wall cut open because I wanted to build a new room, which due to a water heater tank flood had been completed six months priorate this. I requested a second opinion and instead of this alleged owner of the company ****************************************** and this person ******** sending me a different contractor, they sent the same one to debate with me of why they needed to cut open the wall. I refused to allow that and in turn called two major plumbing companies, *** the plumber and **** ******. They both stated there was no need to cut open the wall. I called the Olabanji person at ************ to return my $455 to because they didn't install the unit. His response was that they delivered the unit and sent contractors out twice, so he would speak to his team and call me back about it and never did. I spoke with ****** and they stated that they paid for the contractor and delivery of the unit included in my claim. All Point is not entitled to my money because they didn't ***** work for it. I am requesting my money back and for consumers to be aware of this company and any persons associated with it.
