Marketing 360 / ******* stipulated a minimum monthly content budget of $300. However, I felt that there was a complete lack of transparency in their pricing, and I wasn't aware of the hefty cost of content creation. I was unsatisfied with the quality of the writing and was denied editorial control over my own website. Despite bringing up this issue with my account manager and taking it upon myself to delete the subpar content, I was still billed $900 for two additional poor-quality blog posts.I was also disappointed with their advertising services, being charged $200 for a mere four sentences across two ads. I assert that the services provided by Marketing 360 / ******* delivered no meaningful results when compared to my independent sales on platforms like **** and ******.After a final meeting, I decided to terminate my contract. I fault Marketing 360 / ******* for retaining unused funds from my advertising and content budgets and for shutting down my website. I can't help but question the authenticity of Marketing 360 / *******'s reviews and the integrity of their ownership connections.I encourage others to reach out to me for more information. I'm open to sharing my experiences and, if necessary, consider legal action. I strongly advise small business owners to steer clear of partnering with Marketing 360 / ******* and to explore other options instead. My experiences suggest that this company does not deliver on its promises.

They took thousands of dollars to create a new improved website. They never delivered and refuse to refund all or partial monies paid.

I began utilizing Marketing 360 for our small business which opened in May 2022. We began utilizing them in July 2022. As stated up front and discussed at length we would give the plan they created for us for 3 months and revisit to see if the marketing strategies were effective. We were promised great content, that the company would continue to push our existing brand culture and that we could expect to see results within the first few months. What we received in this time were cheap ********* **** Level still life ads that were slapped into **************** and *********. We were told they would also mitigate negative ****** reviews, manage our contact and subscriber forms etc. None of these criteria were met in the time we've been using this company. Lastly; a long discussion was had with our onboarding managers David K****** and **** ****************** (**** is apparently no longer with the company) on in the event that in a few months we were not seeing results or that results were not adequate what would be the process of discontinuing services. We were apparently given an intentionally vague and misleading statement that the early term fee is 2500.00 which would be fine if you consider that a full month of service was 4321.00. We began our partnership things seemed fine. We had hiccups in the marketing team being able to correctly represent our brand periodically but we chalked that up to an adjustment period. Fast forward 90 days with no increase in revenue, and a slew of poorly designed graphic art ads being pushed for our brand. Come to find out the 2500.00 is real but is just packed in with a slew of additional "fees" to sever business for Marketing 360. This company grossly misrepresents its business practices and lies to acquire customers. We tried several compromises to end our agreement and we have been repeatedly stonewalled by the "team" with no compromise. This company preys on small business and yours will not become a success using them. BEWARE!

I signed up with marketing 360 after a couple of **** meeting with Kyle. They charged $1000 monthly to design and maintain a website and do seo and social media marketing. The first 3 website mock ups they showed me had nothing to do with my brand or products. 1st moth accomplished nothing. Now they want another month's payment and I still don't have a website? I could have done a website on another platform faster but they have a whole team of designers? 2x I said can you use my logo and my products? And still the homepage had products I don't even sell. So when a customer see that and wants one what am I supposed to say. Uh sorry we don't sell that!? Come on that is just terrible service. I asked for a refund and now Kyle won't return any message but is sending his people to harass me about another months payment. Oh and where is my logo on my website? No where! What a joke. Absolutely terrible service! Do not use them! I still want a refund!

This business charged $2000 and stated that they were promising **** commercials, marketing, website layout and social media posts. It was stated that within the first month we would have some posting on social media and we would relaunch website with fixes completed to encourage sales. This Vegas in Nov 2021 and we were promised that we would be able to relaunch for Black Friday. Not only did we not launch, there wasn't one social media post, no commercials, and they hadn't even accessed our website one time. December rolls around and they asked for more money when we had NOTHING to show for the money that we had already spent. They then stated that they would not be able to complete any more marketing unless another $2k was spent. They even canceled meeting set up about our concerns and have since completely disappeared
