See Eyewear has not returned my brown eye glasses that were returned to the store on 1/20/22 because the prescription lenses that were inserted in my frame were incorrect and I could not see clearly out of them. Getting my order for lenses correct from the SEE Eyewear lab has been extremely problematic especially when the prescription was incorrectly entered into the system for the lab. I was called by See Eyewear in April 2022 and informed that my eye glass frames were cheap; therefore, they were broke at their lab. My brown eye glasses were never returned and it was communicated to me I had a $200 credit. Despite sending emails to SEE Eyewear, I have not received any further communication from See Eyewear. I have had several frustrating issues with See Eyewear with my eye glass frames and lenses covering several months. This has been a negative customer experience and I would like my broken brown eye glass frames replaced with new frames and a refund for the cost of my lenses or a monetary payment for both my frames and lenses.
