I experienced completely unfair and unreasonable treatment here.Firstly, they asked me for a document that is never included in their official checklist. On their document, they said You will also be required to provide full documentation showing means of crossing the country borders by air or land e.g. flights, bus, ferry tickets or ********** tickets. While it is clearly said CROSSING THE COUNTRY BOARDERS, they asked me for the train ticket within the country. I believe it is BLSs responsibility to inform applications the correct documents they want in advance. Or it is BLSs responsibility to train their employees to understand what they actually need. Upon my checking with the embassy, this document is not must!Secondly, I drove 5 hours here and I asked if I could get this train ticket real quick so I dont have to drive 20hours back and forth. And according to my experiences, granting 10 minutes to provide supplemental documents is the formal procedure. All my other documents are fine except this document they SUDDENLY want. They refused and treated me rudely as they are not taking any applications after 1:00 PM. However, I was here all the time and waiting for my turn. It is not my fault that they could not review my documents on time within my appointment window and suddenly they had to get off work. The guy even tricked me to avoid his own responsibility.Thirdly, while they refused my request, they took another groups applications and spent more than 30 minutes deal with similar situations. While I asked why we were treated differently, they threatened me to call the security. I have no idea how they were offended when I defended myself of unfair treatment. Plus, I swear to god I asked calmly and did not have any overreacting actions. I do suspect racism as they sent out another boy similarly.I need an explanation for picking on me for a document never required and all these terrible attitudes.
