      I started the process for an expedited VISA for my daughter to travel to Ghana. I submitted her passport and all document on 11/5 and was told that it would be 9-16 days. I've called the company many times to get an update and at this point o 12/8 I was told not only that they don't have the VISA but that they can't locate my daughters passport! They're stating that the passport may have been sent to the wrong office by the embassy. So at this time this business has no clue where my daughter critical documents are. I feel helpless and don't know what to do

      I would like to file a complaint to VisaHQ about a Malaysian visa application for my wife, ***** ***. The order number is ********. VisaHQ received her passport and the documents on Oct 24 (tracking number: **********************). On Oct 26, Kenyatta B***** confirmed via email that he received the documents and will submit them to the embassy the same day. The visa process takes 3-5 business days. After 7 business days, on Nov 6, I email Kenyatta for an update and learned from Brian G****** on Nov 7 that Kenyatta resigned and he will take over the case and mentioned "The Malaysian consulate informed us that we should be getting the passport back around next Tuesday, the 15th." I emailed Bryant on Nov 15 and he asked me to continue to wait. I made 11 calls on Nov 9, Nov 16, and Nov 17. Every time agent says that they can only write a note on the case, promised me that the passport is at the embassy, and a callback but I never receive one. I lost all confidence that VisaHQ submitted my passport to the Malaysian embassy because they could not provide a reference number or any proof of the submission. Here are my requests: 1) Return of my wife's, ***** ***, passport. 2) Reference number or proof of submission to the embassy and proof of Brian's statement above. 3) Full refund of the application cost. 4) If they could not provide the proof of submission dated Oct 26, then they have been providing false information. If so, I would like to request a refund for all the costs related to the trip. I would also consider taking legal action and will contact my representatives because VisaHQ handles sensitive information but provides false information. How can we and other customers be confident that they will not carry out illegal activities with this sensitive information? More regulations of this industry are needed.

      I applied for a Bolivian visa through VisaHQ . I mailed all necessary documents on Mar 9 2022 for a planned trip leaving May 10 2022. I never heard anything back from them after several weeks and checked the progress on their website. Their time-line stated when they received the documents in March and was submitted to the embassy Apr 5. I wondered why they held on to it so long but still felt I had time. After not hearing anything I followed up on Apr 25 and was told the embassy ran out of visa stickers and that was the cause for the delay. Several more calls later I was told the embassy is not issuing visas because of having no stickers and I had to be patient. I asked why they held on to my application a month before submitting it and was told the they sent it over March 11. Totally contradicting their website time-line. I asked to have my passport sent back to me since I will not get a visa in time for my departure date. They refused. I feel I have been taken advantage of and will miss a flight and receive a useless visa after the fact. The company has provided no service and tells countless lies and contradictions. I want my passport back. I find it hard to believe an embassy cannot issue visas and their is no backup. I called the embassy and no one calls me back. Is there anything I can do?

      I applied and received a Russian Visa from Visa HQ and, due to Covid, my flight was canceled by a Russian Airline and Visa HQ did not know if my Visa could be changed to a later date. At the time, Olga Z******, emailed me and said she would "keep me posted" which she did not. I followed up with her on 23 July 2021 and Olga replied that Visas would not be extended and that I could apply again. I asked about getting my money back, because of Covid, and Olga stated that the "fee is non-refundable." I want my money back because this "Business" made a lot of money on Visas that were not able to be used and they failed to refund all that money they made for something that was not able to be used!
