The company continues to tell me I'm short of accreditation hours. After them telling me me I was short 0.25 hours, I completed a nationally certified CE of 1 hour. PTCB then told me I was still short. They have acknowledged that I completed the mandatory hours in the fields needed but continue to say that I'm not 20 hours complete, even though I've completed 22 hours. This is ridiculous and this organization shouldn't be allowed to operate with their poor rating. Especially when it comes to healthcare and generating more revenue.Initial Complaint

90 days prior to May of 2021 I paid 149$ to take the ptcb - national pharmacy tech certification board exam. I got a job that did not require me to be nationally certified and have been working 10 hour days in a trauma hospital to care for patients. I have today, 10/11/21 requested a refund and was told i will not get one because i waited past the 90 days but i do not remember being told or advised i had to ask for a refund or test within 90 days and i want my money back
