Arrangements can be made for photo sessions requiring travel outside of a 30 mile radius for additional travel fee.

• Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted. 

• The session creation fee is due upon completing this form. The fee is non-refundable but sessions may be rescheduled due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. If the weather forecast is questionable, Julie Kubal Photography will notify client in advance of the possible need to reschedule and will coordinate with client accordingly.
  
  Payment of print and product order is due in full when client place the order. Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Once an order is sent to the lab, it is deemed non-refundable. Payment plans are available and can be arranged at the time an order is place.
