      I went to this business after checking with the BBB recommendations. This business, Jimmy Gusky, LLC, was terrible and seriously should not be considered a good rating company by the BBB. This was suppose to be a simple matter of temporary removing the furnace to renovate the closet space and then reinstalling the furnace 2 days later, after renovation of the furnace closet space. First, they did show up on the scheduled date and time. No calls, email or texts to informed the customer (myself regarding this matter). Second, we paid a cash deposit for service, as the owner requested, and finally, after several calls to the owner, Jimmy Gusky, for service, the tech finally shows up 3 hours later with a terrible attitude about doing the work. Mr. G******** shows up to take the deposit and is hollow at by his technician about the job and he's not returning. When it was time to reinstall the furnace, on the scheduled day provided by JG, LLC, they never called or showed up to provide the service that they say they would. They were terrible. We never received a call or anything from JG, LLC. We found out from another HVAC company, that when JG took the furnace out, they damage the equipment so badly, that we had to purchased new equipment from another company, who did a great job and were very professional in helping us, the customer.. For this reason, and other terrible services provided by Jimmy Gusky, LLC, we are requesting a full refund of the $800.00 cash deposit that we provided (took the amount directly out of our checking account for documentation). They finally called 3 days later, after the job was completed by another company. How convenient!!!!!
