      I placed a listing on Loopnet. 7 months later, I canceled it. I asked them to stop charging me, but they kept doing it anyway. They said they bill every 3 months and can't stop. They hide this stuff in the fine print without informing me in the first time. I tried many times to fix this, but they refused to give my money back. They overcharged me for 2.5 months. Their business practices are deceiving, unprofessional, and they're just milking money from their clients. Don't trust Loopnet.

      Horrible water was cold the shower will stop while taking a shower the light in the room didn’t work and the fan in the bathroom was super loud and it was a lot of running up and down the hall and a lot of kids hanging out in the kitchen and hallway making noise and someone kicked one of the door down don’t waste your money

      I would have left ZERO ?if I could! This company has a terrible cancellation system on their website, they show have canceled but it is not an immediate cancellation they still charge your credit card the full next term which could be 3 to 6 months. We were also told that although I signed up for three months, if I do not return to the portal to deactivate it, the membership automatically renews. So, I log into the portal to deactivate. Guess what!? You have to now call customer service, again, to deactivate. It took us 3 calls to finally get someone on the phone to deactivate. This is a SCAM for sure! After the 3rd call hopefully I got closure, I guess next month's statement will tell if all is good!

      I tried to use the Loopnet/costar sites to list a couple commercial units. I thought I signed up for a $109 yearly plan. But didn't read the small print. It was actually $109 monthly, for a yearly contract. I got very few inquiries through their service, but rented the spaces through craigslist. So I went to cancel my subscription online. 5 months later I realize they're still charging my card. So I call to cancel, and the representative told me I can't cancel within my yearly contract even if im not using their services and they weren't effective when I was using them.

      Scam, they will not return your money and lock you in contracts, they will not let you cancel.

      Broken, glitch eCommerce tech from a....tech company!!! Terribly unprofessional customer "service"; constantly interrupting, defensive. Exactly like talking to my teenagers. Donald is supposed to be a manager; yikes. Jordan H. brags on his Linkedin Profile that he is a "Quota-surpassing Senior Manager for Business Operations with rich experience in process improvement, performance management, customer service, data analytics, auditing, quality control, bug reviews, cross-functional team leadership & management." Blah, blah, blah. The CEO claims to have a "Doctor in Humane Letters" from VA Commonwealth and adds a bogus entry to his education misleading folks into thinking he attended Harvard B School. Not. It might have been an online seminar. In any case, none of the education stuck.

      I called the "contract amendment" number to amend and cancel my contract. For a property I worked my butt off to get rented out (boots on the ground) and now I have to pay till Jan 2024? CoStar? By the way Facebook and local advertising worked WAY better than CoStar/Loopnet.) but I guess you already know that…. which is why they wont answer my questions below. **I’m sorry, but I’m not going to leave my listing up "Active" so I can keep getting phone calls on my personal phone-for people interested in the property(which now has a 2 year lease). **Why does my listing have to sit "Inactive" on the CoStar website? **Why is there a “contract amendment” phone number, if nobody will talk about contract amendment? **Why did my CoStar/Loopnet contact, K.A., send me a email on how to cancel as well as confirm my card would NO longer be charged monthly for services? Can someone help me answer these questions? Below is the only response I received: Hi Jayme, Thank you for you email and your business. And congratulations for leasing your space! Our hope is always that clients sign up for the agreements that they need and get as much value as possible from LoopNet. We also expect that when clients make an annual commitment to use or services, that they keep that commitment.       DO NOT MOVE INTO THEIR BUILDINGS. My landlord, Joanne, takes months to fix issues, or she does a janky fix that doesn’t look good. She regularly turns off water for “repairs” without telling the tenants. I have been asking for copies of my lease for a month and she refuses to get me a copy. The dryer in the basement has been broken for months, she won’t get it fixed. There was a broken window in the building for 3 months. There is snow and rain that has been coming into my apartment for months that she refused to do anything about. These people do not care about their tenants. Do not give them your money.
