I was a model in one of his shows and was told I must pay a fee of $225 for fashion show pictures before show day in order to continue to be in his show. I tried to decline on top of the $600-$700 I had to pay for other fees he required models to pay. He said it was a requirement or I would not be in his show after I have already paid the show fees he put in his contract. After the show he told me I could not receive my pictures unless I paid an additional $60 for an unsold ticket that was returned. I asked for the pictures to be sent electronically and he says it will be a flat rate fee of $75. He refused to communicate to me about the pictures and pickup options. He then sends me a message saying he has sent a check refund. I made two payments for the pictures, a cash payment of $100 and $125 via cashapp. He said legally he was not supposed to take that form of payment from me and will not refund me in my form of payment. I asked for a receipt of a refund being sent he declined. I then sent an email and he emailed me back a message, I asked for an actual receipt notice and he refused to get back to me and has blocked me on everything. All of the models in the show are currently experiencing the same thing, he has collected money and refused to communicate with us about the services we paid for.
