  I purchase the 4 week Bootcamp t shirt business for $497 but I dont have access to any of the courses. When I sign into the account, it asks for more money for each class. I didnt get anything for $497. They didnt deliver any products that they claimed I would receive for $497 and so far Im not getting any response from my emails or texts.

  I'm sorry to hear that you have been having trouble logging into your course. Our records show that you do have access the course (see screenshot). 
  
  Now, given what you described, a few things could have occurred:
  If you tried clicking on the course log in from ****** the course
  If you tried using another email other than the email you purchased with, or
  When you initially logged in, you clicked All Courses which would show you all the other courses we have available, not the courses you are enrolled in (that would be all the courses you would have seen payments for)
  Though rare, we have a delay in service when course access isn't immediately granted. We have someone from our Customer Service team reach out typically who will check to make sure you can log in fine, which would reveal  if this is an issue (see screenshot). 
  
  Which may explain the screenshot you sent through of you not having any enrolled courses. We apologise for that inconvenience.
  
  Our customer service team has also been in contact with you on several occasions, explaining the process and giving you a direct link to access your course and bonuses you paid for, within the first week that you reached out to us (see screenshot). We have limited hours over the weekend, so our team seemed to reach out as soon as they were back in the office to make sure you had log in access. 
  
  We do want to reassure you, that this course is no scam. **** and The 9to5 Dropouts team give a comprehensive course and community to help you build your t-shirt business, and do our best to meet the needs that come from our community. I'm sure once you start the course, you will also see that as well!
  
  Per your request, we can not honor this refund request, as it does not comply with our refund policy (see screenshot). Though we hope that with clarification of your access, you will be able to start and build your own online t-shirt business. Tell us why here...

  More info

  I signed up for the program and 2 days later I was blocked from getting the information. I'm a contractor and I work unusual hours and days so when I had the time I tried only to realize I was blocked. I've called the company 2 times and have not received a response.
