We have tried for a year to cancel our subscription with Network for Good and each time we have been given different information. Initially we were told we could cancel at any time, then we were told we had to wait until 30 days from the renewal. We have never received notice of renewal and the information on our online account is apparently incorrect as it has different renewal dates that we are given when calling. We scheduled to speak with a manager and she canceled two appointments and then stopped responding. We were told renewal was April so we called today to cancel (within the 30day window) and now they are stating the renewal is May (??!!?!). After getting angry they apologized and said renewal is April 9 and that we would need to call back on March 10. Zero customer service and extremely frustrating considering average wait times are lengthy. This is our 3rd or 4th attempt to cancel. It seems they put off customers and make it impossible to get through to anyone so that they miss the cancellation window and/or they change the information they give you so that they can auto-renew. We were told the billing information is no longer available online (hence everything being out of date on our account) but we have never received notice of our renewal via email or mail. We highly recommend that nonprofits avoid working with this organization. They are no good when it comes to customer service!
