              Pace responded right away and the quote was fair. I asked for the installation, and they quickly set up a day and time. The electrician was friendly and efficient and did not take long to install my fan. I highly recommend Pace!

              I contacted Pace Electrical & Generator Services for a whole house Generac Generator due to the recommendation from my brother-in-law, who had Pace Services install his generator 7+ years earlier. He said "it was one of the best investments he has made." From the very start Pace Electrical service was first rate. They kept me fully informed with each step of the process. Each team member I encountered from my initial inquiry to its full installation, was very professional, courteous and easy to work with. The last step involved a Pace employee coming out to start the generator, test it, then review the things I needed to know; he was extremely knowledgeable and patient.               Timely, professional, reasonable rates. I was very impressed with the service Pace Electrical provided. I requested a quote for a small job through the BBB over the weekend. Pace Electrical called me Monday morning (which was even a holiday) and within 45 minutes, the technician and an apprentice were at my house and working. I asked them to move an electrical wire and install two outlets. They checked locations with me before connecting the outlets and ensured that everything was working. They also cleaned up the work area. The job was finished in less than an hour. I'll definitely call them with my next job.

              Just had a "Generac" house generator installed. Technicians were on time. Gave a briefing on what the work would entail and approximate completion time. Technicians and subcontractors were very professional and interacted with each seamlesly to complete the job. Cleanup was outstanding along with operation briefing as well. Well worth the effort and money spent having Pace install this emergency generator. Excellent service all around from the company. Jimmy W.

              We had a "Generac" house generator installed, by Pace Services. They did an excellent job, in every way. They also, organized the gas pipe installion for us, with another company. Pace Services representatives, and technicians, were courteous, and professional. They took the time to explain everything to me. The office staff was helpful, and responded quickly to my calls. It has been one year, since our installation. We now have the "preferred" maintenance plan. I feel confident, that our generator, will be well maintained going forward. Thank you, Robert Young

              Had a whole house generator installed. Company’s representatives were professional from the get go! Quote and payment options were very straight forward. Installers were very well qualified and professional. They took the time to talk to me and answer all my questions. Office staff was very helpful and responsive. This is a turnkey operation in terms of installation, registrations and warranty paperwork. I got this product because I don’t trust our electrical grid.
