Can’t count on them to deal fairly or get things done in a timely way. Pool is too small and still isn’t complete despite over 100 homesite permits being issued. They are constantly changing their stories to try to get the residents to approve the 80 plus extra lots Insights wants added to the development when they can’t even get the original promised amenities completed as advertised for the original 265 lots. I personally feel they don’t keep us informed when they make significant changes to the development plans. I don’t get a sense that they care about working with the homeowners. They simply want to bully is into agreeing to their proposed expansion. They said at the HOA meeting in January that they don’t care if the current homeowners sign the consent to expand the development, they’ll just get the new people to sign when they settle their homes. New homeowners, be careful of what you sign at settlement.

MY HUSBAND AND I PURCHASED OUR INSIGHT HOME(FRANK) IN AUGUST OF 2023. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY HOME. I WOULD RECOMMEND INSIGHT HOMES TO ALL MY LOVE ONES. VERY WELL BUILT, SPACIOUS, AND I LOVE THE FACT OF FIRST FLOOR LIVING. THE OWNER'S SUITE IS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR. AS WE AGE, WE CAN STILL ENJOY OUR OWNERS SUITE.

We are now out of warranty but have had roof issues from day one. On the first day we moved in it was raining and we had a water leak in out living room from the roof. The repair man came to the house a few days later and said he had repaired the leak at the rear vent stack, two years later the leak was back and some shingles had blown off of the roof and one of the flashings had become loose during the storm, we hired a company and they did a roof inspection and discovered that the rear vent stack had never been repaired properly by putting it under the shingles it had just been sealed around the edges, When I walked my dog after the storm I could not help but to notice several houses in the community has flashing hanging loose, ALL OF THEM INSIGHT HOMES. We again have some flashing that has blown off, I always give companies the opportunity satisfy me in their product but at this point Insight Homes has no interest in addressing this concern. I do realize that we are beyond or warranty but this is an issue that is simply poor workmanship from the start.

I reached out to Insight Homes to talk to a local Rep for their Anchors Run, Lewes DE subdivision. When the phone was answered the person never identified themselves no name and no business. I asked if this was Insight homes which they replied yes to. When I asked to speak to the on sight Rep the unnamed employee working on 10/22/23/Sunday. This individual was rude I simply wanted to price out a build as we are relocating. I was then hung up on assuming it was a lost connection I called back. I was answered by the same mysterious person without a name and business. I asked the same question as above and was rudely told I could go with other insert cuss word builders and started laughing. At this point the phone was put on voice so my wife could hear how this builder's rep was running off customers. I provided them with the Build Plan we were interested in and they after being extremely disrespectful to a Disabled Veteran. Tried to schedule us for an in-person meeting. I told them again we are relocating and not in the area but would like a Virtual meeting. I have met with over 2 dozen different builders in the last 4 months all of them had Virtual options for this. At this point I was hung up on again, so I filled out their online form to see if I could get around this rude person and get the information I was seeking. Then the same no named person responded via email blacklisting me and gate keeping so no one would find out. Well, here I am to tell you to avoid this company. I have dealt with numerous builders in the area all who have been professional. This builder seems to employe people that are bent on harassing there would be customers providing substandard service and just simply running off buyers.

We have been in our Cartright home for about 3 months. It has been a very hot summer as our central air is set to go on when needed. July was an extremely hot month an when we got our electric bill it was $87. I called up the electric company to confirm it was a full months bill which it was. Wow! When insight builds a energy efficient house they mean it. Had our 30 day inspection with no problems. Ron and Dignora B.

After owning more than 10 homes, my husband and I decided to build with Insight Homes. We were very impressed with their "scientific" approach to building, as well their impressive and long list of quality materials. We moved in 3 years ago, and I'm happy to report that we have never lived in a house like our Insight home! The windows are outstanding (no drafts, and no fading of materials and art work). The heat pump is so efficient, quiet, and helps to maintain an even temperature throughout (even upstairs). More insulation too at no extra cost! Our utility bills are low and our home is comfortable, but probably my favorite things are the Central vacuum system and the 4" Merv filters that every home receives. I have very little dust and know that I'm living in a healthier environment. The Design Center offered beautiful things to pick from and they helped to make the whole process smooth. I love that Insight puts so much effort into building the "best" production home out there, far better than any custom home I ever owned!

We have been in our Whatley home for 5 years and are pleased with everything. Our home was built in just over three months, which was before the supply issues slowed everybody down. Our electric bill is very reasonable each month and we only needed one propane refill this past winter. We had some issues with our heat pump which were promptly taken care of under warrenty. Also, It is very well insulated which makes for very quiet living. We love the layout of this home as it is comfortable for the two of us or a house full visiting us. All and all, this home is built to last. We will always reccommend Insight Homes and their staff, as hard working and dedicated to getting it right for the customer. Sam and Linda R

Great House! Great company! Have lived in our Insight home for 13 years, still love tell people about how energy efficient it is. The quality of this home still surpasses its competitors!

I will never live in anything but an Insight Home again! We built on our own lot in 2021. The low energy bills, quality construction and air quality in my house is unbelievable. All of my questions/issues were resolved in a timely manner. From the beginning of the process with the contract submission, to selections, through construction and final settlement, we were treated with unmatched professionalism by all members of their staff. I felt they really cared not only about the planet, but their customers as well!
