Subject: Complaint against Palm NFT and DC NFT's Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally file a complaint against Palm NFT and DC NFT's due to ongoing issues with their services and products. I have had a particularly frustrating experience which has not only caused me significant inconvenience, but also resulted in financial distress. On or around [OCT22], I joined the online NFT platform hosted by these companies, primarily to purchase and trade DC Comics NFT's. These digital collectibles were marketed with the potential to be resold for profit or loss. As part of their business model, DC charges a 10% transaction fee, a fee to purchase tokens (their digital currency), and a fee to convert and transfer these tokens back into USD. I accepted these terms with the understanding that I would have the freedom to manage and trade my purchases as I saw fit. However, the companies have implemented and maintained practices that have significantly impacted my ability to engage in the promised trading activities. For a period exceeding two months, the platform suspended the function to transfer funds out of the system, while still accepting new purchases. Furthermore, I have faced technical issues with the site that have repeatedly caused my bank card to be suspended, necessitating regular interventions with my banking provider. The website has also locked me out of my account multiple times, requiring me to repeatedly verify my identity using personal identification documents. The latest incident resulted in a prolonged suspension from my account that is yet to be lifted, despite my attempt to appeal this decision. I have reached out to Palm NFT and DC NFT's customer service regarding these matters. However, my issues remain unresolved. I have assets worth between $10,000 to $20,000 on their platform and am unable to access them due to the account suspension. This situation has prevented me from capitalizing on potential opportunities to buy and sell these assets, thereby causing financial loss. I am seeking a prompt resolution to this issue. I demand that my account be reactivated immediately. Furthermore, I request compensation for the financial opportunities missed due to their actions. The actions of Palm NFT and DC NFT's in controlling and manipulating their market need to be thoroughly examined. Thank you for taking the time to review this complaint.
