I strongly advise against using this business for any of your professional needs. I initially engaged Swyft Filings to create my LLC and was then connected with LegalCorp Solutions, Inc. I dissolved my company two years ago and they are still charging me. They won't resign as my registered agent and told me I have to go through the Georgia Secretary of State to remove them. To make matters worse, the Secretary of State will only remove LegalCorp if I pay $250 to reinstate my out-of-business company. So LegalCorp Solutions, Inc. will continue to bill me for services that are not needed for a company that is out of business. LegalCorp Solutions, Inc. is a fraudulent company.

Hello Glenn, Upon further examination, your Domestic Profit Corporation registered with Georgia's Corporation Division has been Administratively Dissolved because it did not maintain compliance. Your business was obligated to submit an annual report to the state, which was not done. Under the state's regulations, you must maintain a Registered Agent for your business at all times, regardless of its standing. Please note that LegalCorp Solutions does not have control over the state's policies. Regarding your billing, LegalCorp Solutions does not directly invoice your company. All payments are processed through Swyft Filings, over which we have no control. As mentioned above, the Georgia Corporation Division requires a Registered Agent for your business at all times, regardless of its standing. Therefore, we do not agree with the assertion that our company is fraudulent, as we are obligated to adhere to state regulations in our capacity as your appointed agent.Review from Evon T

Do not use this business for any of your buisnesses needs. I used Swyft Filing to create my LLC and I signed on to work with LegalCorp Solutions, Inc. During this process I never used LegalCorp Solutions, Inc and was continuing be charged by this company. I've already taken steps to change my buisness advisor through the Secretary of State. I have that on my records. LegalCorp Solutions, Inc is still charging me for the services I never used as well as changing my status with the State (which has already been changed). I've tried to go to my bank with no help. I've unsubscribed many times onine through Swyft Filling and yet they're still taking money out of my account. Hello Evon, Upon further review, LegalCorp Solutions is still present as the Registered Agent for your Domestic Limited Liability Company. Per the state requirement, all businesses registered with GEORGIA'S CORPORATIONS DIVISION must maintain a Registered Agent at all times. Regarding your billing, LegalCorp Solutions does not directly invoice your company. All payments are processed through Swyft Filings, over which we have no control.
