I am disabled my husband is going blind no hot water during this time.New unit arrived approx Oct 6 going by memory unable access delivery info while writing this complaint. Called 4 different companies,cost to install was $1500-2000,finally found a reputable company to install $200 per hr, plumber installed NEW unit, immediately error code E7 manual stated faulty control panel. Plumber smelled burning scent.Called cust Serv tech got the same treatment. July to Oct 13,still waiting on hot water.
