I DO NOT recommend Sparkle Pools at ALL!! THEY installed my inground pool 13 yrs ago, #1 sloppy job, #2 they will mess up yr yard and will not fix it!, #3 terrible job on concrete and railing not even centered. WE always open our own and close it, no problems. But my ex put a return fitting on too tight, I called to get a price from them to come out and try to get it off. LADY who was very rude, would not give me a cost, nor told me how much labor was, (I have a witness), she put me down that they would call me before coming out. 1 month later, on a Friday night at 6pm, I get a call from a man, who I think might have been the owner (Ray) telling me that they would be by on Monday morning. Monday comes and I get home from wrk, look like no one came, I got no phone call or nothing. I called them to see if they fixed it, I got a response, yes, it was no problem. I ASKED how much my bill was? (a witness to testify, and a ring video) Matt said, NO worries, they were not there that long, stopped on their way to a job. I SAID OK, works for me as I will be coming in to buy $400 in pool chemicals. A WEEK later I get a bill for $156 for labor, (my ring camera) has them at my house 23 mins, and they charge me $2.88 for a new plug for which they used my old plug but charged me for a new one!! They threw out 2 cig butts in my grass WE DONT SMOKE, on camera, and my dog ate one and got sick. I called the Denton main office Matt does not recall speaking w me, and they will NOT go back on their word even tho I have a witness. I will Never ever recommend this company again!!! They are crooks!!! THEY don't deserve 1 star either
