Not happy at all. I leant my son and his friends my grill this weekend, They are renting at 54 Thompson Circle Newark, DE 19711. A company was sent in to clean up the yard and they took my grill, the kids grill, chairs and other belonging. I have not had a chance to contact First class yet but if this is the type of people they have working for them then they need to take a step back and look. I am not a college kid who is just going to let this go. I want my grill back! It was not cheap.

First Class Properties did not hire the people who worked in the yard. The homeowner hired their own people to do the work so we had no say in what they were doing. As the owner of First Class Properties I contacted the homeowner who researched the situation. He said that things were thrown in the bushes. Maybe the wind had moved the chairs. Could you send us a photo of what type of chairs he will be replacing? He will also replace the grill. Can you describe it fully. Regrettably you chose to take this strategy rather than contact us directly. Please know the vendors for First Class Properties have never nor will they ever take belongings from our tenants. My personal email is [email protected] or text/call 302-331-1043 with the requested information so I can handle this with the homeowner whose vendor disposed of the items you mentioned.Review from Richard S

No heat for two days on a very, very cold weekend. Notified property manager twice no response. Called the emergency after hours maintenance number. Voicemail box full. They are aware that there is a senior citizen and two minor children living in this building.First Class Properties Response

I was not notified of your concern and all tenants have access to my personal cell phone of 302-331-1043 and I answer it 7 days a week. Sorry you didn't locate the proper number to notify us. We always get heat remedied immediately especially for seniors and small children. We also supply supplemental heaters to keep everyone warm until the main heat is fixed.Review from Herbie R.
