      I do not think this company is paying people for there advertised amounts. I keep getting screened out on the larger 200-300 point surveys after I finish them. You chat with a rep who awards you 80-100 points compensation, which makes me think this is rigged. So this time I started one and keep screenshots for proof. I have one at the 39% mark, 83%, and 96% and one showing that "you have reached the end of the survey, thank you for your participation". Then I click "complete" and get "unfortunately the advertiser screened you out". This has happened several times. The survey was supposed to award 300 points, I received 100 compensation. The rep response is always "Since we value the time and effort our users spend on each survey, I have added 100 points as a goodwill credit to compensate for the inconvenience this has caused." But never full compensation because " they dont get compensation from their Client". I hope this complaint makes people aware that you will not get what you apply for and waste time on surveys that will mysteriously kick you out. And you will not be fully compensated. Because if going in you knew you would spend 15 mins for 80 points (which is .80 cents) you would not do it versus 300 (which is $3.00).

      I'm trying to take surveys on Prime opinion, and it says I can't take surveys until Jan. 4th 2024. This was back in December. They blocked my account, and I don't believe that I did anything wrong. I e-mailed them, and they never got back to me. and when I tried to at least cash out $2.00 in ach transfer, it said claim blocked. So, can you guys help me please? Thank you.

      I’ve been taking surveys on a website called “prime opinion”. I’ve been using this website for a couple of months now, and I have contacted customer service MULTIPLE times in the past to let them know about me not receiving any payment after completing surveys. they then banned my account for asking to be credited, I would always provide proof that I wasn’t credited so I have no clue why it got shut down. I find it silly that they closed my account just because I wanted what I was owed. Also whenever I go on the website the date always changes for when my account can be opened. It has said “your account will be opened on august 8” now it’s saying “your account is closed forever” then it said august 8th again. august 8th has passed and my account never even opened!! On top of this, they have been blatantly ignoring me. They claim they respond in less than 24 hours. Which is true because I have contacted customer support a lot in the past and they would always respond quickly. They see my messages and emails yet ignore me. I feel very disrespected and this website needs to be shut down if they can’t even respect their survey takers.

      I joined this new survey site called Prime Opinion operated by Prime Insights Group toward the end of May of 2023.I have enjoyed very much taking surveys to make extra money when suddenly today July 26,2023 I was unable to take surveys all afternoon and still cant as I am typing this to you.Suddenly without an e-mail A lady working for them named **** through phone message chat I contacted to find out why I was not receiving any survey invitations and she tells me that my account was blocked without warning,blocked just like that so unprofessionally & disrespectfully.I was ranked number 8 in the ratings and feel that is why I was so suddenly unexpectedly block without even giving me a chance to fix the issue like updating my profile to possibly make my survey experience more legit and better.**** is telling me that one of my blocks will be removed August 6th.I am willing to work with them but they are not willing to work with me in removing the block,update my profile for a better professional experience.I gave so much positive feedback and recommendations as well as 5 star ratings and this is what I get in return.
