After an initial positive experience with the Contractor, a second job was requested. The job was a quoted, and a deposit was required per the Contractor to "hold a date". The deposit was made, and no communication was received from the Co, until the late afternoon on the date of the scheduled work. Was told the deposit was received late, and would be rescheduled. Rescheduled date arrived, no call, no show. The eventual response was, oops I lost my phone all day. Then for 4 more hours the Co kept telling me that the Contractor was in my home working when no one was there, then they wanted me to find out where their own contractor was and why he wasn't in my home. Another date rescheduled, Contractor arrived late, unprepared for entire job. He complained that his company should have sent someone out to visit the job and work up a more accurate quote. He left and the job was rescheduled again. At this point I had enough and canceled the whole job. No response. The contractor texted saying on the way the next day, and again didn't even show up. He said he was done playing games, and would refund the deposit. The Co is now refusing to refund the deposit, and demanding to enter my home to complete the job. Very rude and unprofessional, lack of coherent and timely communication.
