      The service department sucks they have had my Mustang for a week I've called three times know one Has called me back all most like they don't know how to use a phone

      I hope there is more than 5 stars ?? ?? to give them the service was so nice and this first time I have seen like this service they tried to help me a lot with the new car I need to thank Michael Scarborough he delivered my car to my house I live in Maryland 2 hours faraway. he came to my house at 11 PM to deliver the car and take my old car he was so helpful. also, I need to thank everyone, the manager Jeffrey Burnett, sales manager Mike Kelly, and Hailey Scott. I recommend this company ??.

      Service department is horrible. No one answers th telephone. They won't call, text or email you to let you know that vehicle needs more work or is done. Dropped vehicle off for oil change and tire rotation. Went to go pick it up at the end of their work day and was told some more expensive work needed to be done (never notified of this) as well as other minor work. Left it for the minor work to be done next day. Still no notification that work was done. If I could give minus 3 stars I would.

      We purchased a Certified vehicle March 3, 2023. We were promised not only a second set of keys but a third set. We were told approximately a month ago that a mobile unit would come to our home to make the keys. We have not received notification to this happening to this date. We have contacted the salesman on several occasions with him stating that he will contact us when it comes in. Today is 5/23/23 and we still only have one key.

      I had my Ford F250 Super Duty diesel serviced recently at this dealership. One of the services was to replace my air filter. After about 3 weeks I was investigating a noise in the engine compartment and I happened to notice the air filter was not installed properly. One of the clips on the front of the air filter that flows into the turbo air intake was missing, and the gasket that seals air from being drawn in with potential contaminants that could damage the turbo was not properly sealed. I brought the truck back to Boulevard Ford to get the clip replaced and to have the front of the filter seated properly. They had my truck for an entire day, but did not fix the issue. I showed them a picture of the problem. Rather than replace the clip and adjust the filter to insure the proper seal they stated that filter was correctly installed. Even after I showed them how it wasn't (I even had a you tube discussing the importance of sealing the air filter to avoid damaging the turbo, and I used the picture of the job they did to my air filter they handed me a written statement indicating that the filter can not be installed incorrectly. There were other issues as well, but it was this one that went way over the bad customer service line. The Service manager never even engaged me in understanding the problem. I'll never use this dealership again.

      I talked to the general manager the day I picked up my truck about the trouble contacting anyone by phone. I did however call and make an appointment for my 2018 Ford F150 due to a faulty oil sender switch. I dropped the truck off on the fourth for service on the fifth. On Tuesday I was told they had to order an oil pressure sending switch which would be in Wednesday around 10AM. I called late Wednesday only to be told they were working on it and it would not be ready till Thursday. I waited till 1PM Thursday to call again about the truck. after over and hour I got service only to be told they had just finished it and were doing the paperwork. When I arrived around 315pm to pick it up I was told the same story that they just finished it and were working on the paperwork. At 415pm I finally received the truck and the paperwork. My experience was less then satisfactory and I doubt you have the desire to fix the issues at your dealership. On today the 18th the truck again displayed low oil pressure on the gauge and a low oil alert went off. I also got a check engine light. I dropped the truck at Another Ford Dealership only to be told that the oil pressure switched leaked oil into the connection and now the switch and the wire pigtail connection needed to be replaced. My experience with you service department had been less then satisfactory and since I know there are various issues with your service department and the dealership as a whole I will not be back. I would however like your explanation on what you fell is faulty in the operation of your dealership. Travis T.
