We contracted for a screened porch. Waller Precision promised, as per contract, to construct the porch and be done with the project by March 29, 2022. It is now April 28 and the project is not completed and no one from the company has appeared. Text messages went unanswered until legal action was threatened, at which point, a text was received that stated Mr. Waller he didn’t appreciate being threatened with legal action. He promised to appear that Monday to partially complete and refund a portion of the money we paid. He did not appear. We finally had to hire another contractor to fix and complete the job. Many promises were made and almost none were kept. The screens that were installed are now flapping in the breeze, the gutters were only partially installed, doors improperly hung. Insufficient overall. We are very disappointed and somewhat angry about the fact that signed contracts mean very little to this company. After reading other opinions of people who hired this company I am thinking that this company is consistent in their inability to follow through and complete quality work. Another contractor just informed us that the entire structure has to come down because the work was such poor quality. Legal action is now seriously being considered.

What I thought was a reputable company who cares for the customer. I previously used Waller Precision for a smaller job and asked about a large vinyl fence project in which Mike Waller agreed to take on. Materials took almost 2 1/2 to 3 months to obtain which I attributed to the supply and demand issues happening today. Finally fence was delivered and installed. I never liked the way the posts were cemented into the ground and questioned it. Mike said they are like 2 feet into the ground surrounded by 3000# cement and they will never come out. Roughly a month after the installation one section of the fence kit fell down. I sent pictures and many texts with phone calls and all I got was he needed to get past the Thanksgiving Holiday and then he would address. He never did and after repeated messages, I gave up on contacting him back thinking I just got fleeced by the typical crappy contractor. I spent a ton of money on the project, paid ahead of schedule thinking he was a good character which I was proved wrong. Today many of the posts are swaying in the wind and several times sections of the fence has fallen in which I had to repair. It's still an issue today and now with warmer weather coming, I have to hire a different fence company to come and fix his/mine nightmare, something no other contractor wants to get into. I just moved down here from up north and I'm not used to the way things operate down here, it's like the "good ole boys" club but beware they mostly are hacks!
