It is a pleasure for me to enthusiastically endorse Robert Naumann and his company Mr. Sunroom Professional Remodeling. Bob framed and screened a patio overlooking a pond in our back yard. The workmanship was exemplary and the materials provided were of the highest quality. Bob is the consummate professional who pulled all permits and ensured the project was completed within the specified timeframe on the contract. This was no small task as the work was being influenced by the scarcity of materials caused by the COVID period. If you are looking for a person/company that has the highest ethical standards and who will give you a fair estimate for the desired work, please don't hesitate to give Bob a call/text. The combination of exquisite workmanship, high quality materials, fair contract, and adherence to established timeline equals a completely satisfied customer !! My name is Bill Cannon, I own Bill Cannon's Garage Inc. in Selbyville De. Robert, owner of Mr. Sunroom have been customers of the garage and you know what they say about mixing business you will always have a mess. THAT IS NOT TRUE IF YOUR HONEST. My wife and I live in Bishopville MD and my wife wanted a screened in porch and I wanted to Hardscape my fronts of my house and the ground. Robert came down gave me a quote the end of October and he would be done before the end of the year. We signed the professional contract and Mr. Sunroom, Robert went right to work. The yard was always clean when they left and everything or organized and laid out and worked perfectly everyday for forty five days. Being Mr Sunroom, Robert was working on the backside of the house where our pool and original deck was, he rebuilt and converted the deck we had built when the house was new. Robert moved along every day and made progress every time I come home I could see the end getting nearer and nearer. After he was done with the screened in porch which was absolutely exactly what we expected the hard scape people came in and made the house look updated and just added the cherry on top. My wife and I could not have been more satisfied with the integrity of work and the attention to every detail was near perfect. From the beginning to the end the job was flawless and really made a huge difference in our home. Now we can enjoy the beautiful NO MAINTENANCE screen in porch that never needs staining and will most likely be the place we eat more often the the family kitchen. I already have a stainless still grill ready to barbecue and steam crabs all summer into fall. We are very particular and picky people to please because I am a professional and hate to give any of my customers less than perfection. I can assure you if your civil and smart, the next time you need any type of upgrades for your home, call Mr. Sunroom, Robert because he is the perfection your looking for and you get it.Mr. Sunroom Professional Remodeling Response

We hired Mr. Sunroom to enclose our modest sized condo patio. Our condo is waterfront and a little bit on the older side, so there were plenty of challenges to overcome. Bob and team came up with some great ideas to work around those challenges and produced an amazing addition. Bob helped us navigate through all the HOA rules and coordinated with the property management where necessary. He helped us understand all the confusing processes. After careful discussions and listening to all our requirements and specifications, Bob designed a completely custom enclosure that will allow us years of enjoyment. Towards the end of the project, we ran out of time before the "rental season" began due to shipping delays, etc. Bob came up with a great way to "complete" the project with minimal impact to our summer tenants. Later we decided to rework some of the original design. Bob and team finished everything and we now have a comfortable and user friendly space with huge windows and a spectacular view of the Indian River bay. The quality of the materials used and the craftmanship is A++ and built to last a generation. I have and will continue to enthusiastically recommend Mr. Sunroom.Review from Jo W

We had the pleasure of having a 4 season addition and patio designed and constructed by Mr. Sunroom, Bob Naumann. Bob was absolutely meticulous with everything he personally did and ensured that each of his subs were as meticulous. We worked close to 18 months with Bob as the COVID situation played havoc with material schedule. Bob kept us informed at all times. He was the consummate professional yet warm and friendly. We are so happy with the results. Everything exceeded our expectations. His attention to detail and to our project is what made it a success. Every time we walk into our addition or use the patio we say a thank you to Bob.Review from Patty S

I contacted Mr. Sunroom to screen in an existing deck and have been very happy with their work. Bob and his crew are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and their response time is impressive. Whenever I called Bob with a question or concern, he either answered the phone or responded within the hour. The vinyl siding was on backorder, which delayed the project, but Bob kept me up to date and even took extra steps in an attempt to locate the siding elsewhere. Bob took a "hands on" approach and stopped by regularly to inspect the work being done. Finding help these days is difficult and typically Mike had to work alone but he arrived every day on time and worked tirelessly until he left for the day. Mike is a hard worker and just watching him one can appreciate his attention to detail and he was always careful and precise. I had asked that a couple of things be done that were not part of the contract and they willingly agreed to help. The screening and framing are now complete and I have a beautiful screened in deck. I highly recommend Mr. Sunroom for any of your interior or exterior remodeling projects. Thank you, Bob and Mike, for a job well done!
