Ordered a motor for my truck, was told 4 to 6 weeks. Called and emailed after 6 weeks and was told they were waiting for parts. Another six weeks went by no motor or explanation. Called and emailed again. Told motor would ship within three weeks. After the three weeks couldn't get a hold of William at Air Fish auto. Emailed again asking for a refund, was promised the motor would ship asap. More time went by no motor. Then was promised a refund, was told too much time has gone by for a credit card refund but they would mail me a check. Haven't received a check to date, not sure what to do at this point.Initial Complaint

I purchased a long block from Air Fish Automotive on 6-17-2020 &was told it would take 7wks to be built&it took 8months before received it in that time I tried to call&cancel but they sent me shipping info on it 3mnths in then to find out it was someone else they shipped then was told be another month to ship due to back order parts that they were waiting on they decided to upgrade since they had in stock&all the parts that were new in the rebuild motor that had warranties in end where all used which is Fraud&old including the upgraded parts that I was told was new in it as my mechanic inspected the motor to find the new parts where old&when I confronted Air Fish on phone they said they send the new ones out that after waiting 2wks never arrived&was told I’d be issued a refund that never came but I did finally received the motor 2-23-21 the motor then it took 4wks to have the motor installed at a shop then after install the motor didn’t work which then had to be put back in line&wait 4 weeks to get back into the diesel shop to have looked at which air fish payed the $840 to have oil pan dropped to find out motor was bad they didn’t want to pay to send another new rebuild out& pay the 2nd motor swap so they covered half to get it out to ship back so I could get my $4,995.00 refund but that took another 4 months which put me sending it back in 2022 then once the confirmation came in it was sitting at the warehouse at YRC they waited 3wks to pick it up sending me photos not matching my photos sent stating it was missing parts which was more fraud &no refund would come back then I said I want it back my motor since they won’t issue refund since it’s my property&they been telling me in email they would send it back& call me but they dodge emails& calls last email was 1-19-23 stating about sending my motor back but I asked for my motor with serial#on which I’m Sure they rebuild&Sold to someone els is why they ignore me. I spend $24,000 to rebuild my old motor in the endInitial Complaint

I made a purchase with the business in the amount of 4600$ for a Diesel engine advertised online as a drop in ready to install engine. The purchase was made in February this year and originally promised to myself within 2-4 weeks during my conversation on the phone. When my girlfriend called to give them credit card info the eta on the motor was then changed to 5 weeks. I’m very patient but without my vehicle that took over 8 weeks with no communication from the business. We emailed texted and called but with no response, then when the response came after many many attempts we were treated like we were harassing them. My truck sat in the mechanics shop for well over 8 weeks before the engine arrived and the mechanic was now backed up. I waited though and the motor was installed. Had it back 1 day and there was a bad oil leak as I got out of my car 40 miles from home. I took it back to my mechanic ( Dirt Road Antics in voorhesville Ny) he said there was a oil pressure sensor that was not secured in the block as well as a block plug leaking. Cost me an additional 550$ in repairs and diagnostics. We have been trying to contact the seller to give him an opportunity to talk with our mechanic but he is not responding at all to our calls and e-mails. There is a warrantee of 90 days on the motor and we would expect them to honor it as advertised on the website.
