    This company is awful and hazardous to your health. The perimeter pest control doesn't work well, as I had multiple repeat visits in the Spring for ants in my house. Accurate Pest repeatedly sent out "past due notices" to their customers demanding immediate payment and then later sent an email stating that this was a mistake and to disregard. Accurate Pest attempted to force me into an additional termite contract and I spoke with ****** *******, general manager, who was extremely unpleasant, argumentative and obnoxious. During that phone conversation, Mr. ******* went so far as to say that though my house had no termites, he would be "happy to furnish any future owners of my home" with a report that indicated there were termites. Then the summer came and as per the contract, I advised Mr. ******* July 1, 2022 that I had edible vegetation in the form of fruit and vegetable plants, fruit trees and a Honey Beekeeping box, that were not to be sprayed with Bifenthrin, due to its high toxicity for the remainder of the season. Mr. ******* responded July 5, 2022 that all mosquito spraying services would be suspended and that " Accurate will apply a granular treatment now around the exterior perimeter of those vegetation areas". On August 17 Mr. ******* sent an employee to spray the Bifenthrin anyway. The work of months could no no longer be harvested, jarred, preserved or eaten and the Honey Bee population was effectively wiped out. The attorney I spoke with indicated that following Mr. ******' angry and hostile outbursts, the spraying may have had the intent to cause harm.

    Last summer, it was discovered that the technicians hadn’t been going into cross base as instructed from the inside of the house even when they had the key. We could’ve had serious termite damage ongoing as they were not holding up there end of the contract. The crawlspace is large and can be accessed inside the house this summer when we called to talk about it and to complain and bring to light that it was mismanaged for three years Manager began to yell at me saying that I was not getting my way when I asked for a reasonable refund of just $200. This was only 2 quarters out of mismanaging the job since 2018. The female comment was even more inappropriate about me not getting my way. A contract is a contract and if a service company fails to uphold their part of the contract, I would’ve known many other people that would’ve asked for considerable amount of money back this manager had no Conflict, resolutions skills, and personally attacked me I never write complaints, but this was just a huge disappointment

    The customer bought this home from a relative that had our services for many years prior. When she contacted us about a possible termite issue in June of 2023, our inspector went out immediately to look into the situation. It was discovered that there was evidence of termite activity inside of a piece of the hardwood flooring in the middle of the living space. Our inspector could not find any evidence of shelter tubing from any termites that would have resulted in the termites getting to where they were located. The customer was informed of our limited access into the crawl over several years due to the crawlspace being flooded. A proposal for the moisture was provided back in 2015 to the previous family member that owned the property, but was declined. This proposal would have corrected the limitations we had for inspections when in the crawl space. Even the new owner received copies of our annual inspections that noted about the limited access due to standing water. The customer never contacted us back after the Mangers calls in June of 2023. The services continued on without disruption until her recent request to cancel in July. We issued a refund for the July 2024 payment but the customer wanted more money returned even after services continued and no complaints were made to our company. Services were provided in July 2023, October 2023, January 2024 and April 2024 without any issues with this customer.
