I went to this establishment on October 11th a couple minutes after them opening. I needed to get two tires. I walked in and asked the older male inside, I think was the manager maybe the owner, if he had two tires for my vehicle. He asked me the size of the tires and I went and got that for him. He said that he would look that size up and got back to me within 10 minutes and told me that for 2 tires it is going to cost $330. I said what he said yep, he said let me check again and see if we have any used tires. I said that would be great. He came back and said that he didn't and it was going to cost the $330 for the 2 tires because they are new. I ended up getting the tires against my better judgment. I waited for an hour for the other cars to get worked on then they took my car and lifted it up to do the tires. He pulled my car to the middle of the parking lot after it was done, I felt rushing me out and charged me the $330 for the "New" tires. I took it to my mechanic close to my home the next day and I told him that I just paid $330 for these new tires and he shook his head in disbelief and said what? He said why would you pay $330 for used tires, I said used and said yes. These have no nipples and the thread is wore down and not at all where it's supposed to be when they are new. So this thief took complete advantage of me because I needed the tires and I was a female. I want the money back that he overcharged me by. He gave me 2 cheap used tires. The most that I should've been charged is $80. He owes me a lot of money and I want this resolved and I wanted it made to where he's not able to do this thing to anyone else ever again.
