I just had thirty-five hundred dollars stolen from me while transferring money from Community Bank to Citibank I asked Community to stop the transfer, but they wouldn’t do it. I had a question about my credit card, and someone there jumped the gun and canceled my card. They do not have a machine to make a new card for someone. This is only bank that doesn’t. So that means your money is unavailable until they get you a new card. The ridiculous 7-10 day period is a long time to ask anyone to wait for access to your funds. I transferred the fund to my Citibank Card and It disappeared I believe that Community lost the money. I have spent 3 days on the phone with Citibank and they have no idea what I am talking about. I am not sure Community even looked. One of the banks has my money either by mismanagement or by theft.
