Horrible company. Accidently purchased tickets due to someone in my household getting on my computer. I called them 10 minutes, 10 MINUTES after this transaction and they would not reverse the charges at all. They are nothing but a scam, and just for the fun of it i looked elsewhere and saw there are plenty of tickets for the show, and they made it seem like they were all gone. I filed a dispute with my card company and they would not budge on them either. What kind of business do they run? I can tell you. The y should not be allowed to do this to people. Contacting the BBB and see if they can help. It seems like with the other reviews I saw on here should tell you that their website should be shut down. Accidents do happen and if I ran my business this way I WOULD NOT BE AROUND ANYMORE.Review from Carol` G

I thought I was buying tickets through a legitimate company. Boy was I wrong. They are nothing but a scam company. Stay away from them. This website says I have to leave a star. They shouldn't get one.Review from maria j

I made the big mistake of buying tkts at this site. Then I realized I paid $160/person for tkts that were $30 and the worst in the house. Learned my lesson. I don't know how this is even legal.Review from Bob L

Scam experience here too sadly :( Additional details and context: - Address 1: 23000 Sussex Highway #232, Seaford, DE 19973 - Address 2: 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958 - Parent company: Internet Referral Services, LLC - Previous Canadian class action lawsuit for similar violations: https://tickets-centersettlement.ca/ Purchased tickets for a show on September 21, 2023 - 4-hours before the start of the show I received an email from Tickets-Center.com notifying me the performance was canceled and would be postponed. This appeared to be an honest postponement but after further research and communication with the merchant it is clearly a scam. There is no current indication on when (or if) the show will be rescheduled as the last performance in our city was on October 8th. I have attempted contacting the merchant on multiple occasions for a refund and they are refusing to issue one, noting that the tickets are "still valid" and will be honored whenever the show is rescheduled (again there is no guarantee this will occur any time soon, nor at a time that is convenient for us). This would be the same as an airline canceling a flight and keeping the $ saying they would put us on a future flight of their choosing, a complete sham. I’m hoping BBB can help shutdown this scam operation by working with financial institutions to block all transactions and block their online website / IP / hosting. It has been confirmed to be a scam thousands of times online based on Trustpilot and SiteJabber reviews describing similar customer experiences. I really appreciate BBBs help to protect all consumers in your jurisdiction.Review from Brian D

Scammed like everyone else as I was redirected away from the legitimate website to theirs. Found out after the purchase what the venue was selling the tickets for and I paid a 500 percent markup in cost.Review from Carol B

They are scammers plain and simple. I searched Google for a specific venue. Their site came up instead. Purchased tickets for the concert. Found out a few minutes later that tickets hadn't yet gone on sale for that concert. I contacted their customer service and they refused to refund. They can't send me the tickets to try and resale because they don't have them yet. Going to try and cancel through PayPal and my bank. Please learn from my mistake and don't purchase from this company.Review from Laura K

I am so very angry that there are companies that can steal money the way they do. I clicked on the venue to order tickets and Ticket-Center came up. Without realizing this was not the venue, I bought 2 tickets from them in good faith, assuming I was buying from the venue at a fair price. Turns out they were sold to me for over 3 times what they were worth. I saw that something was not right, right after I went to my e-mail for my receipt. The receipt stated that I did not actually purchase tickets, and that they may or may not come by the time of the event. I tried to call/contact Ticket Center to get my money back right away, and they refused. They basically stated it was my fault for buying the tickets from them. My concern is that if I was scammed, I am sure others have/will be also. These deceptive practices should not be allowed to continue.Review from Frank G

Almost bought tickets from these guys. They're the top hit when you type in "Jim Gaffigan Boston", so I assumed it was legit. The price seemed a little high ($125 for balcony in Medford, a town about 7 miles outside of Boston proper), but Jim's been cranking out those Netflix specials, so I thought he's trying to make bank while he can. (For reference, Brian Regan is playing Worcester, MA - about an hour west of Boston - for half that price.) What gave me pause was the "convenience fee" of $42 PER TICKET, plus tax. So my $250 order came to $350! I figured I must be doing something wrong, and resolved to revisit in the morning. And the small print about the ticket not showing up until a couple of days before the show. WTF?! When I did (by starting at the theater website), I found that the hated Ticketmaster had BETTER SEATS (orchestra, not balcony) for lower price ($99), and the "convenience fee" was $13/ticket. So I got my two tickets for about $240 - and they're in my Apple wallet RIGHT NOW, for a show in December (six weeks from now). I still struggle with paying convenience fees (shouldn't the ticket price cover that?), but least I know it's legit. You can't rely on search engines to produce the legit source - you have to start at the venue.Review from Tammy W

If I could give negative stars I would. This company uses scam like techniques to get you to their seating chart. I was trying to get to Morris Event Center and this came up. I did not know I was dealing with another company. When I called to ask for a refund, they said they could not refund but could put my tickets on the re-sell list...I said no, I don't want to be involved in scamming someone else. This business should be illegal! Completely deceitful and dishonest business practices!
